High Production Efficiency
Our production line achieves an impressive output of about 20 tons of packaged carrots per hour. We offer a wide range of packaging, from small, 700g consumer packs to 1-ton big-bags.
Advanced Process Automation
The production hall is fully automated. The processes of washing, sorting, and stacking the goods are carried out without manual labor, which guarantees precision, hygiene, and efficiency.
Ecological Innovations in Packaging
We have introduced laser printing technology on master cartons. This solution supports the idea of efficient recycling and is a response to the growing demand for single-material packaging, minimizing our environmental impact.

We hold IFS (International Featured Standards), GlobalGAP GRASP, and Chain of Custody certificates, which confirm our commitment to the highest standards of food safety, social responsibility, and sustainable management.
Hydrocooling Technology
We use hydrocooling technology, which allows for the rapid cooling of vegetables immediately after harvest, significantly extending their freshness and durability.
Ozonation for Longer Freshness
After washing, the vegetables undergo an ozonation process, which naturally extends their shelf life by eliminating microorganisms without the use of chemical preservatives.
Modern Long-Term Storage
We have 8 modern storage chambers, capable of holding a total of 20,000 tons of product. Thanks to controlled temperature and humidity, we provide ideal storage conditions, which allows us to have raw material available all year round.
Ecological Disinfection of the Production Line
The entire production line is regularly disinfected with ozonated water. This minimizes the use of chemical preparations, ensuring hygiene and process safety in an environmentally friendly way.
Independent Quality Control
Our quality control team operates independently of the sales department and the plant manager. This guarantees an objective and impartial assessment of vegetable quality, free from any internal pressure.
